Beck's Arts Express also offers art lessons, portraits, murals, and custom artwork!! Beck's Arts Express is owned and operated by Rebecca Fredrickson, a professional artist and certified teacher! Beck's Arts Express is located in Nashua, New Hampshire. New Spring workshops and classes
Camps and Workshops! Creating Characters ,
ages 7-12
April 23-27, 9am-noon, $75
Learn how to use basic shapes to create a variety of
original comic characters. Experiment with different
inking techniques to create dimension. Look at fine artist
who create paintings and sculptures resembling comics
and animation. Explore, Manga, the Japanese style of
drawing. Learn how to create backgrounds that support
your character.
Fairies, Mermaids, Princesses, and Pirates,
ages 7-12
July 9-12, 9:00-noon. $75
Be inspired by fairy tales and your imagination in this fun
camp! Draw paint and sculpt artwork based on characters
like fairies, princesses, and pirates. Use exciting materials
like watercolors, oil pastels, acrylic paint, and clay to make
whimsical creations!
Wild About Art,
ages 7-12
July 16-18, 9:00-noon $75
Explore the wild side of planet earth while making cool
animal inspired art. Look at artists who use nature and
animals as subjects in their work. Create a cool paper
mache animal and a mural! Combine materials to make a
diorama. Learn interesting processes while creating
drawings, paintings, and sculptures of animals.
Edible, Wearable, Usable Art, ages 7-12
July 25-27, 9:00-noon $75
Art doesn't have to be just for looking! This week we will
make wearable, edible, usable art. We will make jewelry,
birdfeeders, tie dye, picture frames, and candles! Each
project will be fun, new and different from the last!
Arts and Crafts Smorgasbord, ages 7-12
July 30-August 2, 9:00 noon $75
This week is a smorgasbord of arts and crafts. We will
learn some basic drawing, painting, and sculpture skills
and mix it up by doing some fun crafts activities as well!
Some of the fun materials we will be using include clay,
charcoals, pastels, watercolors, fibers, and acrylic paints.
Art For Tweens and Teens, ages 10-14
August 6-8, 9:00-noon $75
This camp will focus on improving and enhancing basic
skills for older kids. We will focus on the elements of art;
shape, line, form, color, texture, and value. As part of the
process, students will learn about art history and
experiment with different techniques.

picture you want in!
Small Group After school Classes
Becks Arts Express runs year long after school private lessons. There is a maximum of five students per class. Students work individually on projects ranging from watercolors, to charcoal and clay. Classes are booked by the month. They are an hour and fifteen minutes with most materials included. There are presently openings in the days and times listed below. Classes fill up quickly so book now f. Mondays 4 pm, and 5:15 Tuesdays 4pm and 5:15, Wednesdays at 4pm and 5:15 and Saturdays at 9:45 and 11.
